Hidden Trail Farm In Northampton Selected As Bucks Co. Designer House

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Hidden Trail Farm, a beautiful 14 acre property with a long and storied history in the heart of Northampton Township, has been selected as the 2025 Bucks County Designer House.

The Village Improvement Association of Doylestown (VIA) has announced that planning is well underway for its 49th Bucks County Designer House & Gardens scheduled for this spring.

The 2025 Designer House will open with a Preview Gala on Friday evening, April 25. Public tours and other events will run from April 27 through May 25.

An Empty House Party - an opportunity to view the house before designers begin their work - will be held Sunday afternoon, Feb. 23. Guests will enjoy lite fare and wine while they tour the house and talk with the designers about their plans. Empty House Party tickets, priced at $35, are available on the Designer House website.

The centerpiece of Hidden Trail Farm is a 5,000-square-foot farmhouse featuring a welcoming porch, three fireplaces, six bedrooms and numerous gathering and entertaining spaces. The property also includes an impressive custom-designed chalet built in 1992 with an open, multi-story living area and loft and two additional bedrooms.

A recently renovated pool and patio area includes a large screened-in gazebo and stunning Koi pond with waterfall, providing spectacular outdoor living space. Additional outbuildings on the property have space to house an on-site cafe and several boutiques.

The Bucks County Designer House & Gardens is the largest fundraising event of the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown.
