'Humble' Doylestown Dad Lives Life For Happiness Of Others, Kids Say

DOYLESTOWN, PA— Father's Day is the perfect time to give a big thanks to all the dads who put smiles on our faces. Doylestown, meet Vince.

What makes your dad extra special?

My dad is the best dad ever. He provides for his four children while also taking care of his elderly mother. My dad is the most humble person you'd ever meet. He would do anything for anyone but would never brag about it. My dad does not live his life looking for rewards and applause; rather, he generates his happiness from the happiness of others. My dad has not only supported our family but he has helped out his friends and a lot of my friends when their own family couldn't. My dad doesn't realize that he is an angel.

Why do you feel your dad deserves the spotlight?

My dad has spent the last 16 years living for others. He does everything for my siblings and me, but nothing for himself. I want him to realize that we appreciate everything he's ever done for us, but now it's time to take care of himself. My dad does not realize that he's the best person ever, he doesn't realize that other dads don't do half of what he does. I want him to know that he went above and beyond being our father and we love him so much.
