Inmate Death Ruled As Suicide: Bucks County Correctional Facility
Bucks County Detectives investigated the death, which happened on Sept. 15.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Bucks County Correctional Facility has ruled the recent death of an inmate as a suicide.
Corrections officers found Tadeusz Domagala, 69, unresponsive in a shower of the Correctional Facility at around 3:30 on Sept. 15. He was pronounced dead after being transferred to Doylestown Health. His next of kin was notified afterwards.
Bucks County Detectives worked with the Department of Corrections Investigations Unit and determined the death to be a suicide yesterday, Oct. 6.

Domagala, of Bayonne, New Jersey, was arrested on Aug. 18 in Trenton and sent to the facility in lieu of bail money, which was set at 10% of $10,000. He was sent to trail on Sept. 22 for a 2013 DUI charge in Bucks County.
