DUBLIN BOROUGH, PA — The Landmark at Dublin - a transformative new four story luxury apartment community at 144 North Main Street in the heart of Dublin - will celebrate its grand opening on Friday.

Borough officials will join Keystone Partners Group, Suburban City Group, and Milex Construction to cut the ribbon on the new complex located across the street from the Dublin Village Center.

The Landmark, which project officials are calling “a new era in luxury living,” is bringing 78 luxury apartments and 15,000-square-feet of new commercial space to the street.

“Landmark at Dublin reflects our vision for a community that blends luxury living with local spirit,” said Michael DeMaio of Milex Construction. “We believe in Bucks County, we believe in local, and we’re proud to deliver this project in just one year.”

Future Landmark residents can choose from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units at competitive starting rates. Leasing activity has been strong, with units already while still under construction, project officials said.

Limited-time incentives are available, including a homeowner transition program, created to support those looking to “rightsize” and enjoy a fully managed, lifestyle-driven community. The Landmark also includes prime retail opportunities. Several letters of intent have already been signed with both local and national retailers. End-cap spaces with expansive outdoor patios are available — ideal for a café, pizzeria, or other community-focused businesses.

“We are very excited to be delivering a building here that’s going to really fit well with the Dublin community,” said Antonio DiGianni, a principal with the Suburban City Group. “To bring this project here, to bring new commercial space and new apartments is an exciting thing. And we think the integration with the surrounding community is something we are all proud of.”

The building’s luxury apartment units are each designed with a focus on providing premium amenities and comfort. In addition, the complex will include fun amenities including sports simulators and gaming rooms and a relatively new concept, Class A work from home office space including meeting rooms and cubicles.
