Man Arrested For Charging $6400 To Stolen Credit Card In Warrington

Police said the Allentown man charged more than $6,400 to the card at a fencing company in the township.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 29-year-old Allentown man faces charges after using a stolen credit card to make purchases at a Warrington Township business.

Warrington Police have charged Michael Concepcion-Pena with access device fraud and receiving stolen property, both felonies.

On April 24, police responded to County Line Fence for a report of a credit card fraud in progress. Employees advised that on April 23 they were contacted by an out-of-state victim whose credit card
had been fraudulently used to make a purchase totaling $6,491.80.

Officers spoke with the victim, who confirmed that he does not know Concepcion-Pena and that he did not have permission to use the credit card.

When Concepcion-Pena arrived at the business driving a U-Haul truck to pick up the merchandise, police placed him under arrest and he was transported to the station where he was processed. He was arraigned before Judge Wertman who set bail at $100,000 or 10 percent cash.

Concepcion-Pena was unable to post bail and was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional facility.

  • On April 21, police responded to the area of Oxford Drive and Cambridge Lane for the report of a disturbance. The investigation revealed a dispute between several children in the neighborhood. Police said a 39-year-old woman from Warrington drove through Willow Knoll looking for one of the children involved. Police said she found the child, got out of the vehicle and grabbed the child by the hoodie part of their sweatshirt. Other juveniles in the area broke up the situation. The woman was cited for harassment.
