Man Charged In Assault On Juvenile At Warrington Camp
Police said the man pushed the juvenile multiple times, grabbing his neck with both hands while squeezing.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 53-year-old North Wales man faces numerous charges after he assaulted a juvenile at a camp in Warrington Township.
On July 16, police received a report of an assault that occurred the previous day. The caller reported that their juvenile son was assaulted by a 53-year-old man from North Wales while both were working at a local camp.
Police said the investigation revealed that the North Wales man ignored two verbal greetings from the juvenile, turning toward him, pushing him multiple times, and grabbing his neck with both hands while squeezing. The man is reported to have yelled, “You could have killed my son by driving like that. If you would have killed him, I would have killed you, your mother, and your father.”

Police said the juvenile sustained minor injuries, including red marks and throat irritation, as well as a torn skin tag.
On Aug. 11, the North Wales man voluntarily responded to the police station, where he was processed and released. He has been charged with terroristic threats, strangulation, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
