Man Faces Strangulation, Assault Charges Following Incident In Warrington
After he was asked to leave an apartment, police said the man grabbed the victim by the throat and threw them onto a bed.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Warrington man faces strangulation and assault charges following a domestic incident at the Westminster Apartments in the 600 block of Valley Road.
On Aug. 9, police said David Kenneth Krumins was asked to leave an apartment after he "made a mess." When Krumins attempted to retrieve his belongings and was told to return at a later time, he allegedly grabbed the victim by the throat with one hand and threw them onto a bed by their neck.
The victim sustained scratches, redness, and minor bleeding to the jaw and neck area.

Krumins was arrested shortly after and transported to the police station where he was charged with strangulation, simple assault, and harassment.
He was arraigned by Judge Gallagher, who set bail at $75,000 or 10 percent cash. Unable to post bail, Krumins was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
