Man Accused Of Threatening To Kill Biden Arraigned In Bucks Co.
Kris John Kinsey, 61, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of making terroristic threats and prohibited possession of a firearm.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — An Upper Bucks man was arraigned in court on Tuesday on charges of making terroristic threats to high-ranking government officials.
Kris John Kinsey, 61, of Upper Black Eddy, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police in a wooded area of Upper Bucks County on Friday. He was wanted on a felony arrest warrant from Ohio on charges that he made threats to President-elect Joe Biden, Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf and US. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
Kinsey posted several threatening messages, images and videos on his Facebook page threatening violence and death to the official, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

He was arraigned in Bucks County Court before District Judge Gary Gambardella, who set bail at $4.6 million, which Kinsey has not posted. As a previously convicted felon, Kinsey faces a federal gun charge, along with a misdemeanor charge of making terroristic threats. He was unable to post bail and remains in Bucks County Prison, according to court documents.
A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for Feb. 1.
