“Last year was the inaugural event where 8.5 million people came together across the globe,” said Sheila Shenoy, who is organizing Sunday’s event in Doylestown. “This year, hundreds of cities are participating with in-person events in more than 800 cities. We will be connecting to the live event, which will be record-setting with people joining all across the world.”

Gurudev, who has dedicated 44 years to spreading the benefits of meditation across 180 countries, believes it is the most effective tool to cultivate mental clarity, emotional resilience, and societal harmony.
From geopolitical conflicts to personal crises, Shenoy said the practice of meditation offers a universal solution that transcends boundaries of nationality, culture, and belief. By integrating inner peace with outer action, meditation becomes a cornerstone for global peace-building efforts.
