Meet Doylestown's First Baby Born In 2020

DOYLESTOWN, PA — One local family had an eventful start to the New Year.
Warrington residents Paige Fern and Matthew McTamney welcomed their first child, Kalina Taylor McTamney, on New Year's Day at Doylestown Hospital.
Kalina was the first baby born in 2020 at Doylestown Hospital, officials there said. She was born at 12:02 p.m. on Jan. 1.

Kalina made an early appearance, coming three weeks before her due date. She weighed 5 pounds and 7 ounces at birth and was 19.5 inches long.
The first baby born in Bucks County in 2020 was King Fisher. He was born at 2:26 a.m. at St. Mary Medical Center. He weighed 6.8 pounds, was 20 inches long.
