National Disability, Inclusion Leaders Honored In Doylestown

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Deb and Dan Dagit were the guests of honor at a ribbon cutting event last week at the Lear Building in Doylestown.

For 35 years, the couple has advocated and supported the disabled, working to improve diversity and inclusion in corporate America.

Deb Dagit is former vice president and chief diversity officer for Merck and president of Deb Dagit Diversity, LLC. She and her husband work together to guide companies throughout the United States.

Also honored was Brenden Brett, a longtime Doylestown attorney.

Michael Halvorsen, Joseph Bates and Marie Krout, of MRK Wealth Advisors, hosted the event to honor the Dagits and Brett and to officially open the new handicap accessible entrance at the historic Lear Building at 68 E. Court St. in Doylestown.

“You have made the world a better place, and we honor you both with the dedication of this handicap accessible entrance and building,” Halvorsen told the Dagits.
