National Discount Retailer Opening In Warrington This Fall

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Burlington Stores, Inc., a national discount retailer selling brand-name merchandise at low prices, has announced plans to open a new store in Warrington this fall.

The new Warrington store will bring the total number of stores in Pennsylvania to 41 and will be the third to open in Bucks County. Burlington also has locations in Feasterville and in Langhorne.

The company started as the Burlington Coat Factory more than 50 years ago in New Jersey, selling off-price coats out of a factory building. Today, Burlington Stores has grown into a national off-price retailer with more than 1,000 stores nationwide. The store now sells a wide assortment of low-priced brand-name ladies, men’s, kids/baby apparel and accessories, home décor items, and much more.

The Warrington store, opening at the Shops at Valley Square on Route 611, will feature Burlington’s re-imagined store layout and new store logo - “Deals. Brands. WOW!” The updates are part of Burlington’s broader initiative to elevate its in-store shopping experience, according to a press release from the company.

All new Burlington stores are now opening in the refreshed format featuring thoughtfully organized aisles and bold signage, making it easier to navigate the store, the company said. While approximately half of the brand’s existing locations have already been converted, the remaining stores are expected to transition to the new format by the end of 2026.

The new Warrington store will sell top brands, fashionable ladies' apparel and accessories, menswear, including a wide assortment of big and tall, junior apparel, children's clothing, footwear, beauty and fragrance lines, home decor, and pet care items and toys.
