New Britain Twp. Police Seeking To ID Retail Theft Suspects

Police in New Britain Township are asking for the public's help in identifying suspects involved in two separate retail thefts.

NEW BRITAIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in New Britain Township are asking for the public's help to identify suspects in two retail theft incidents in the township.

The first happened on August 24 at about 4:08 a.m. at the Wawa store at 525 West Butler Avenue in Chalfont (New Britain Township).

Police said the suspects stole merchandise from the store and left in a tan 2017 Jeep Wrangler. If you recognize the individuals, contact Detective Corporal Maguire at smaguire@nbtpa.us and reference report #48-25-01205.

Police are also looking to identify a man who was involved in a retail theft at the Giant Food Store at 4275 County Line Road.

On August 29 at about 2 p.m., New Britain Township Police said a man stole merchandise from the store. The suspect left te area driving what appears to be a black Toyota RAV4, model year between 2019 and 2025.
