DOYLESTOWN, PA — A mystical shop that can add some sparkle to your day, and maybe even cure what ails you, is coming to Doylestown.

Handmade Mystic, a store selling healing crystals and handmade jewelry, was started out of owner Danyel Harrison's home in 2014.

"I've always been into anything metaphysical, and I'm an artist," Harrison told Patch. "So I just kind of incorporated the two."

She makes "healing pendants" out of polymer clay and crystal. After a few years running the business out of her home, Harrison opened up a storefront in her hometown of Emmaus in May of 2021.

"It's something that was needed in that area," she said. "There was nothing like our store there, so it had a warm welcome."

Harrison had been eyeing a location in Doylestown, hoping to fill a similar gap in the market with her store's unique gifts.

"We really like the Doylestown area," she said. "It's very lively, it's very friendly, and the people are very caring."

Handmade Mystic will host a grand opening in Doylestown at 5 S Main St, Suite 110 at 11 a.m. Saturday.

Harrison is excited to soon be welcoming visitors into the shop.

"[H]ealing crystals are very beneficial to your life, and if you have any questions at all please feel free to ask," she said. "I am very informed of the healing properties of the crystals, and I would love to share my knowledge with everyone."

Handmade Mystic will be open Mondays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The shop is closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
