New Upscale Mediterranean Grill Opens In Bucks County
The county's newest upscale dining experience has opened inside a converted Trolley Barn in Upper Bucks County.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Azur, Bucks County's newest upscale Mediterranean restaurant, has opened inside the Trolley Barn Public Market in Quakertown.
Owned by Sam and Cassie Guadalupe, Azur is the newest concept from the True Blue
Mediterranean Grill family, known for fresh, scratch-made Mediterranean cuisine and its
signature Lemonaize sauce. With a dedicated entrance inside The Trolley Barn, Azur brings
elevated dining, craft beverages, and warm hospitality to the heart of Quakertown.
operate Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with the bar open until 10 p.m.

- Za’atar Crusted Tuna Steak with charred citrus and tahini
- Mediterranean Meatballs (lamb & veal) with yogurt tahini
- White Bean Sausage Tuscan Soup with sautéed kale and vegetables
- Mediterranean Chicken Burger topped with whipped feta and olive tapenade
- Kebab Gyros (chicken, steak, or lamb) served with hummus and signature Lemonaize
- Filet with Roasted Red Pepper Purée, olive tapenade, and herbed farro
- Mediterranean Red Snapper with herbed couscous and tomato relish
