Overnight Fire Damages Bucks Co. Italian Restaurant

Casale DiMaggio Sicilian Restaurant went up in flames last night, causing serious damage to the Perkasie restaurant.

PERKASIE, PA — An Italian eatery in Bucks County went up in flames overnight, causing severe damage.

The incident began at around 11 p.m., according to authorities and media reports.

It's not yet clear what caused the fire at Casale DiMaggio Sicilian Restaurant, a Sicilian-style restaurant on Dublin Pike in Perkasie. It took firefighters about an hour to bring the flames down, according to NBC.

Firefighters from other parts of Bucks County came to help bring the fire down. No one was reported hurt from the incident.
