PECO Power Outages Planned Saturday In Plumstead Township

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — Power will be shut off in parts of Plumstead Township on Saturday, Dec. 12, from approximately 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., due to upgrades to poles and lines in the area, PECO Energy announced Tuesday.

The outages will occur in the following areas:

• Stump Road, east of the Plumstead Volunteer Fire Company (5064 Stump Road)
• Along Meetinghouse Road to Barn Owl/Timberly Lane (including side streets)

PECO will be notifying all affected residents of the power outage by phone on Thursday. Businesses along Stump Road have been notified, the township said.
