Plumstead Police Issue Warrant For Sex Offender
Charles Fernandes has failed to provide a current address as required by law, police said.

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — The Plumstead Township Police Department has obtained a felony arrest warrant for Charles Fernandes, who committed violations under the Sexual Offender Notifications Act, the department said Wednesday.
Fernandes, who was convicted of indecent assault of a minor in 2008, has ties to Doylestown and it is believed that he may be in the area, police said.
