Doylestown Man Threatened Park-Goers With Pellet Gun: Cops
Justin James Way was arrested for making terroristic threats. He also slapped a cell phone out of the hand of a victim, police said.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — A Doylestown man has been arrested after an altercation with two people at a local park.
The incident took place on Sunday, Oct. 10.
The Central Bucks Regional Police Department have arrested Justin James Way, 38, for making terroristic threats. He is also being charged with two counts of simple assault and an additional charge of harassment.

The victims called police to Burpee Park in Doylestown after Way threatened them with a handgun in his waistband, authorities said. It was later determined that the weapon was a CO2 pellet gun.
According to reports, witness saw Way also slap a cell phone out of the hands of one of the victims before pushing him. Way was later located and admitted to the assault, police said. The motive for the alleged assault is not yet clear.

Way is currently remanded in Bucks County Prison. His bail is set at 10% of $70,000 with conditions.
