Police Identify 3 Victims In Fatal Bucks County Crash

State police have identified the three people who were killed in a head-on collision in upper Bucks County late Friday evening.

HAYCOCK TOWNSHIP, PA — State police have identified the three people who were killed and one who was seriously injured in an upper Bucks County crash Friday night.

The head-on collision happened around 11:40 p.m. Friday, June 4, on Route 563 just north of Deerwood Lane in Haycock Township.

An investigation showed that 26-year-old Howard Sinclair, of Ossining, NY, was driving southbound on Route 563 in a 2007 Chevy Equinox when he struck a 2005 Lexus ES330 heading in the opposite direction, according to state police.

Following the collision, the Lexus caught on fire, and the driver and passenger in that vehicle were found dead at the scene, investigators said. The driver has been identified as 25-year-old Michael Blackmon, of Ottsville, and the passenger as 26-year-old Nicholas Barruzza, of Quakertown.

A passenger in Sinclair's vehicle was also pronounced dead at the scene. She has been identified as 24-year-old Samantha Garcia, of Rockaway, New Jersey.

Sinclair was life-flighted to Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, where he remains in critical condition, police said.

At the time of the crash, the roadway was dark without streetlights, and there were no adverse conditions to report, police said.
