Record Number Of MBIT Students Inducted Into Tech Honor Society
Nomination into the National Technical Honor Society is the highest award of excellence in workforce education in America.

JAMISON, PA – A record-breaking number of 60 new students have been inducted into the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology's (MBIT) Chapter of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS). The mission of the NTHS is to advocate for and empower students to pursue the skills needed to build their careers and the global workforce.
Nomination into the NTHS is an important achievement for students. Society membership is a valuable achievement, the highest award of excellence in workforce education in America.
To qualify for nomination at MBIT, students must be nominated by a professional staff member, maintain an “A” average in his/her technical area, maintain a 3.4 average or better in all academic areas, be a 200 level student or higher, exhibit good character and leadership, have a discipline record with nodetentions or suspensions throughout previous and current school years, plan to pursue a career or college major in their technical field of study, and have demonstrated community service experiences.

Middle Bucks Institute of Technology serves students in grades 10-12 from the Centennial, Central Bucks, Council Rock, and New Hope-Solebury school districts.
