Santa Is Coming To Kids Castle Sunday

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Mark your calendars: Santa is coming to Kids Castle in Doylestown Sunday, Dec. 15. The festive fun will go from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

There will be caroling, hot cocoa and photos with Santa.

"There may be a crowd, so get there early to save your place in line to speak with Santa personally," organizers said.

Kids Castle just reopened earlier this month after being closed for several months for upgrades. New play equipment for children of all abilities was added to the playground during the closure.

During the closure, crews worked to install new play structures for children with a variety of abilities. Play features to be added include items for children with visual impairment, hearing impairment, autism/SPD, mobility impairment, and cognitive disabilities

The Friends of Kids Castle volunteers raised more than $500,000 to make the improvements through individual donations, play equipment sponsors, local businesses, state and local grants, and in-kind donations of goods and services.

Kids Castle is located at 425 Wells Road, Doylestown.
