BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police barracks in Dublin is asking for help to identify a body that was found last week in Upper Bucks County.

State police were called Aug. 25 after a body of a man was discovered in the Delaware River in Bridgeton Township. The body was wedged against a dock that was anchored in the river, police said. It was recovered by the Upper Black Eddy Fire Department.

State police on Tuesday released an image of a tattoo on the man’s left forearm in the hopes that someone recognizes it and can identify the body. Police said the body is thought to have been in the Delaware River for one to two weeks.
