Suspect In Beauty Store Theft Arrested In Warrington
Police used facial recognition technology to identify a woman who is accused of stealing merchandise from the Ulta store.

WARRINGTON, PA — A Philadelphia woman is facing felony charges for stealing beauty products from a township store in early July.
Warrington Township Police responded to the Ulta Beauty store on July 3 for the report of a retail theft that had occurred the previous day. The store's loss prevention staff told police that an unidentified woman was captured on surveillance video stealing $387 worth of merchandise from the store.
Police reviewed the surveillance footage and used facial recognition technology to identify the suspect as 34-year-old Tyleesia Marie Kitchen of Philadelphia. A warrant was subsequently issued for her arrest.

On July 15, Kitchen appeared in Montgomery County Court on an unrelated matter. She was taken into custody and later transferred to Warrington Police.
Kitchen was processed and arraigned by Judge Wertman, who set bail at $25,000 (10% cash). Unable to post bail, Kitchen was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

Kitchen is charged with two third degree felonies for retail theft and receiving stolen merchandise.
