Man Threatened Victim, Boyfriend Over Text In Doylestown: Police

DOYLESTOWN, PA — A man is wanted in Bucks County after police said he threatened a local woman and her boyfriend.

The Central Bucks Regional Police Department issued an arrest warrant for Justin William Simpson of Telford for making terroristic threats.

According to officials, Simpson, 40, sent multiple threatening texts to the victim. He allegedly threatened to stab the victim's boyfriend in the text messages. The incident occurred around N. Broad Street in Doylestown.

Simpson is wanted for one count of terroristic threats and one count of harassment. A criminal complaint was issued Oct. 13.

Simpson has a previous arrest from a 2019 hit-and-run incident in Tinicum Township.
