'A Taste of Spain' Wine Dinner On The Menu At Bucks Co. Restaurant

DUBLIN, PA — An evening of Spanish flavors and wines is on the menu at the Boiler Room's upcoming “A Taste of Spain” Wine Dinner on Tuesday, Sept. 30 at 6 p.m.

The exclusive culinary event will feature a thoughtfully crafted five-course menu paired with hand-selected wines from Spain’s most celebrated regions. The Boiler Room has designed a journey through Spain’s diverse culinary traditions, blending bold flavors with refined pairings.

Guests will enjoy:

• Tapas Trio – Patatas Bravas, Gazpacho, and Gambas Al Ajillo paired with Avinyó Cava Brut Reserva, Penedès, Catalonia, 2022
• Paella – Shrimp, Scallops, Clams, Chorizo, Peas, Tomato, and Saffron Valencia Rice paired with Do Ferreiro Albariño, Rías Baixas, 2023
• Braised Ox Tail – Roasted Carrots, Cremini Mushrooms, Confit Marble Potatoes, and Onion Tuille paired with Costers del Priorat “Pissarres,” Priorat, Catalonia, 2022
• Roasted Suckling Pig – Fig & Herb Stuffing with Brandy Apple Cider Reduction paired with Remelluri Rioja Reserva, Rioja, 2016
