Theft At Doylestown Acme Leads To Arrest

A Philadelphia woman is accused of stealing a shopper's wallet at Acme Markets in Doylestown.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Police arrested a Philadelphia woman after she was allegedly seen stealing a shopper's wallet from Acme Markets in Doylestown on Friday, according to the Central Bucks Regional Police Department.

Djemba A. Goldwire, 44, was arrested in connection with the incident and charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Police learned there was a felony warrant out for Goldwire out of Plumstead Township.

Goldwire was jailed on $10,000 bail and taken to Bucks County Prison.

She is scheduled to appear in court for a hearing on Dec. 21.
