An Asian Fusion eatery will fill the space occupied for 40 years by the Perkins restaurant on York Road, township officials said. Jin Heng Yuan Properties LLC submitted a preliminary plan application for expanding the Perkins property at 705 York Rd. The applicant proposes renovating and expanding the existing restaurant and adding 1,716 square feet to the building for additional seating on the 1.8-acre parcel that is zoned for commercial usage. As Opening Nears, Whole Foods Hiring For Bucks Store

The new Whole Foods Store at the Barn Plaza on Route 611 is hiring in advance of an early spring opening. The store has posted help wanted ads seeking full- and part-time team members at its new Doylestown location, which has been under construction since 2023. According to the job posting, the grocery store chain will be seeking to fill positions throughout the store from prepared foods, bakery and customer service to the meat, produce and grocery departments. New Cocktail Bar And Lounge Opens In Doylestown

Main Sip Bar & Lounge is open for business inside the MainStreet Marketplace in Doylestown Borough. Fairless Hills Shopping Center Sells For $23.6M: Report

With new businesses arriving, a popular Lower Bucks County shopping center has been sold for $23.6 million, according to reports. Ocean State Job Lot —which has stores in Bucks and Montgomery counties —has purchased the 190,000-square-foot Fairless Hills Shopping Center at 500 Lincoln Highway, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported. The sale comes while one of its tenants is closing its location as part of a bankruptcy process in which all Big Lots stores are expected to close across the nation. READ MORE
