When the officers tried to apprehend her, police said Baugh resisted and fled on foot. She was subsequently placed under arrest.

A search of the discarded bag revealed three stolen bottles of alcohol and six glass pipes typically associated with narcotics use.

According to police, Baugh initially provided a false name and date of birth.

She was subsequently arraigned by Judge Snow, who set bail at $20,000 or 10 percent cash. Baugh was unable to post bail and was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

Baugh is charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, both third degree felonies; and resisting arrest, providing false identification to police and prohibited acts, all misdemeanors.
