Woman Faces Retail Theft, Contraband Charges: Warrington Police Report
Willow Grove woman charged with stealing tequila hours after being cited for the same offense in another town.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Doylestown woman faces retail theft, contraband, and possession charges following an incident at the Walmart store in the township and her subsequent arrest.
Police say two women, one of them identified as Stephanie Blair, 41, under rang $137.92 worth of merchandise at the self-checkout kiosk. When they were confronted by the store's loss prevention officer, they continued walking.
Following an investigation, Blair was identified as one of the women and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

On Oct. 11, Bristol Township Police took Blair into custody and transferred her to the custody of the Warrington Township Police.
During processing, police said Blair was warned about the enhanced penalties for bringing narcotics or weapons into the processing and detention area. Blair told police that she did not have anything on her. A search of Blair’s possessions, however, revealed narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

Blair was processed and arraigned by Judge Douple, who set bail at $5,000 unsecured for the charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Judge Douple also arraigned Blair on the charges of contraband, narcotics, and drug paraphernalia, setting bail at $15,000 unsecured.
Blair was ordered to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation
Woman Arrested Twice In One Day For Stealing Tequila
WARRINGTON, PA — A Willow Grove woman was arrested in Warrington for stealing a bottle of tequila at the Wine Spirits store at 306 Easton Road. The theft happened hours after she was cited for stealing tequila in another town.
On Oct. 8 at about 4:50 p.m., police responded to the Wine and Spirits store for a retail theft investigation. While on the scene, officers observed a 21-year-old woman from Willow Grove acting suspiciously while exiting the store.
While the woman was crossing Easton Road, the store manager told officers that she had stolen merchandise. The woman ran through the Creekview Shopping Center and was located by police in the area of Target. She was placed under arrest.
A search of her bag revealed a 750 ml bottle of Espolon Tequila Reposado valued at $33.99. Also located in her possession was a non-traffic citation from Horsham Police issued earlier that day at 2 p.m. for a retail theft involving a bottle of tequila.
She was transported to the station where she was processed and released.
