9/11 Flag Coming to Sigal Museum
Large flag commemorates nearly 3,000 victims of Sept. 11 attacks.

The 9/11 Memorial Flag doesn't quite resemble your standard American flag.
But it's not supposed to. The flag—measuring 22 feet by 32 feet—is made up of 2,983 miniature American flags, each one representing a victim of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
On Tuesday, you'll get a chance to see the flag when it comes to Easton's Sigal Museum, where it will be displayed for a few hours—9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.—before a flag-raising ceremony.
The event is sponsored by Brown Lynch American Legion Post #9 and the Northampton County Historical & Genealogy Society.Â
