Easton Voter's Guide: 2013 Primary

Tuesday, May 21 is primary election day in Pennsylvania.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

If you run into poll problems, you can contact the Northampton County voter registration office at 610-559-3055.

This year's races in Easton include:

• Five candidates hoping to become the city's new district judge.
• Three candidates seeking two seats on the Easton Area School Board's Region II.
• Three candidates seeking two seats on the Easton Area School Board's Region III.

There are also county-wide races:

• Three Democrats want to become the next Northampton County Executive.
• Eight Democrats and seven Republicans are seeking five open seats on Northampton County Council.

• Fourth Ward -- First Moravian Church
• Fifth Ward -- Walter House, 215 Michael Koury Place
• Sixth and Seventh Ward -- Easton Area Community Center
• Eighth Ward, eastern district -- Christ Lutheran Church
• Eighth Ward, western district -- Temple Covenant of Peace
• Ninth Ward -- Easton Area Neighborhood Center
• Tenth Ward, eastern and western districts -- Senior Center, Seitz and Berwick streets.
• Eleventh Ward -- St. Paul's Lutheran Church
