Festival Hispano, Gypsy Jazz, This Weekend in Easton
A look at what's happening this weekend in Easton.

The Festival Hispano Cultural de Easton returns to Scott Park Saturday, bringing together local residents from numerous Latin American countries to share their food, music and heritage.
Last year's festival saw people with roots in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Puerto Rico, Panama, Venezuela, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic offering a taste of their countries' culture.
The festival runs from noon to 9:30 p.m, and will conclude with a fireworks display.
Also this weekend:
- The Zucchini 500 comes to the Easton Farmers' Market Saturday morning. Racers can start prepping their cars at 9 a.m., with the race starting at 11.
- Hot Bijouxx brings "Gypsy jazz" to Easton's Live in the Square concert series, Friday at 7:30 p.m. in Centre Square.
- Notre Dame High School's Summer Theatre Company presents Les Miserable Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
- Easton Restaurant Week begins on Sunday and runs until next Saturday.
- Porter's Pub features the sounds of Not For Coltrane and his blend of acoustic rock and folk Saturday at 10 p.m.
- Wilson holds its bike derby Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. in the Wilson Area High School parking lot. Get a free bike helmet courtesy of the borough police, and have your bike inspected free of charge by the Broken Spoke bike shop.
- Two shows at ConneXions Gallery this weekend. There's jazz by the Dan DeChellis Trio Friday at 8 p.m., and an acoustic show from singer/songwriters Carter Lansing, Mike Roi and Nick Levinos Saturday at 8 p.m.
