The Lehigh Valley Air Show hits the skies this weekend, with a lot of things to see both in the air and on the ground.
The air show, which runs Saturday and Sunday at Lehigh Valley International Airport, will feature  aircraft displays and a classic car show, along with a jet team, flight performances, sky diving demonstrations, exhibitors, food vendors and other special events.
Among the highlights are the Black Diamond Jet Team, a civilian-owned, acrobatic jet team from Florida, and a kid-oriented performance from OTTO the Helicopter.
Gates open at 9 a.m. both days, with performances scheduled from noon to 4 p.m.
Tickets for the air show are $12 for adults in advance, or $15 at the gate. For kids (4-11), tickets are $6 in advance, or $8 at the gate. Members of the military, both active and retired, get in for $10 with their military ID. Kids under 4 get in to the air show for free.
