Why are you running for the Easton Area School Board?
I feel the EASBoard needs outspoken people with the proper education to be able to speak up.
What qualifies you to serve on the board?
My education and business skills speak for themselves.
What do you see as the boar's primary role and responsibilities?
I feel we need to give our students the best education the taxpayers can afford.
Tell us about three major challenges facing the board and how you will address them. Please be specific.
1. Finance -- cut down on top heavy administrators with large salaries and give teachers only cost-of-raise increases.
2. Stop buying expensive new programs that our teachers and parents cannot understand.
3. Get back to basics. All students pass basic math, it's the way our country operates and the way the stock market operates. The way to save money and natural resources!
How much are you spending to run?
About $1,000 from our own funds, "Voters for Vulcano."
What, if any, endorsements have you received?
One education endorsement and one union endorsement.
Do you use social media?
No! I have done one mailer because Region II has been expanded.
