Office Hours, Animal Adoptions Ahead Tuesday in Easton
Our daily look at what's happening in Easton.

Good morning. It's Tuesday, July 30. The movie The Blair Witch Project was released 14 years ago today. It's also the 48th birthday of Medicare. Here's what's ahead today:
- I haven't done "office hours" in awhile, so I'd like to change that today. I'll be at the Dunkin Donuts on the South Side from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. if you want to stop by and pitch story ideas, or hear my sort-of-creepy Blair Witch story.
- The Center for Animal Health and Welfare will be open late today, from noon to 8 p.m., if you want to adopt a dog or cat.
- Also open: Charlie's Farmer's Market, subject of a story yesterday. If you live in Wilson or the West Ward and don't feel like driving to get produce, he'll be getting fresh fruit and veggies today.
- It's day three of Easton Restaurant Week. Here's our list of restaurants that are taking part this summer.
