Take a Food Walking Tour of Easton
Urban Land Institute wants to show off $100 million in investments in the city.

Has food saved downtown Easton?
The Urban Land Institute seems to think so.
"In the past six years food and culture have sparked an unprecedented revitalization of over $100 million per square mile in Easton," the ULI said in a news release.
It will try to make its case next Wednesday with the "Taste of Easton Walking Tour & Happy Hour."
The event—subtitled "How Food Revitalizes a City"—begins at the Easton Farmers' Market, and includes stops at the Pomeroy building and Two Rivers Brewing Company.
The tour leaves from outside the Crayola Experience in Centre Square at 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, and is expected to last until 7 p.m.
Tickets are $25-50. To find out more information, and to register, visit the event page or call 800-321-5011.
