Easton resident Jeremy Andrew Labarre, 39, accused of damaging his ex-girlfriend's meter.

Easton police say a West Ward man damaged his ex-girlfriend's electric meter because he was tired of paying her utility bill.
Jeremy Andrew Labarre, 39, of the first block of S. 13th Street, was charged Saturday with criminal mischief, criminal trespass, possession of an instrument of crime and harassment.
According to court records, Labarre's ex-girlfriend told police he had come to her home—at a different S. 13th Street address—and cut the line running into her electric meter.
