Vote on Alpha Building Sale Ahead This Week

Good morning everyone. The new week is almost here, so let's take a look at what's happening in the next few days.

1. Easton City Council meets Wednesday at 6 p.m. On the agenda: a vote to approve the sale of the Alpha Building (the current city hall) to Alpha Development. 

2. The Easton Area School Board holds its monthly committee meetings Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the school district offices.

3. Easton photographer Elizabeth Keegin Colley and her writer husband David Colley will talk about their new book Prospect Park: The Olmsted & Vaux Brooklyn Masterpiece at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday at the Skillman Library at Lafayette College.

4. The Easton Planning Commission meets Monday at 6:30 p.m. at city hall.

5. Easton Area High School hosts a parents nights for parents of seniors, Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the school cafeteria.
