Allegheny County Wants To Help With Your Heating Bill
The Department of Health and Human Services is accepting applications for the Dollar Energy Fund to help low income families pay heat bills.

The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) announced today that it is now accepting Dollar Energy Fund applications Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Human Services Building, One Smithfield Street, downtown.
The Dollar Energy Fund is a non-profit program that helps to pay heating bills for qualifying individuals and families whose household incomes do not exceed 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
