Courts: Man Charged with DUI

The following is a case heard by this week in Forest Hills.
Angelo Julian Guy, 31, of Penn Hills waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, careless driving, and DUI at the highest rate of .16+. Churchill police arrested Guy July 14 after they were driving westbound on the William Penn Highway, and had to slam on their brakes after a car traveling eastbound did a u-turn in front of the police, according to the affidavit.
Police initiated a traffic stop to find Guy with glassy, bloodshot eyes and they also smelled alcohol. Guy swayed as he got out of the car and failed sobriety tests, according to police.
