Federal officials accused an East Pittsburgh man of threatening to shoot people at schools, libraries, and churches in N.C., a report said.

EAST PITTSBURGH, PA — Federal officials have accused an East Pittsburgh man of threatening to shoot people at schools, businesses, libraries, and churches in North Carolina, according to a report.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that Robert Notter, 33, was arrested Wednesday and is in federal custody. Notter is accused of calling and texting threats to various Yadkin County, N.C. places and people, the report said.
Notter lives in East Pittsburgh but went to school in Yadkin County, according to the Post-Gazette.

Notter's mother and stepmother indicated they are both afraid of him, according to the report.
