Man Shot Dead In North Braddock, Allegheny County Police Say
First responders took the 29-year-old man to a hospital with gunshot wounds in his chest and abdomen Sunday evening, where he later died.
NORTH BRADDOCK, PA — A man died after being shot in the chest and abdomen Sunday evening in North Braddock, Allegheny County police said.
Local police found the 29-year-old victim near Baldridge Avenue and Jones Avenue shortly after 6:30 p.m., according to a news release. First responders took him to an area hospital in critical condition and he died, police said.
North Braddock Police contacted County Police Homicide detectives to investigate, a news release said. Officials have not released the victim's name.
