Barney is available for adoption through the Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania.

This smiling pup is 1-year-old Barney, who is available for adoption through the Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania.

Barney was brought to the shelter as a stray. According to the Animal Rescue League, he is very friendly, walks well on a leash, knows how to sit for treats and loves to play fetch.
