Recipe of the Week: Creamy Chicken Bake

Throw this recipe together during a busy night this week!

We all wish we could make a delicious, home cooked meal from scratch on every night of the week, but let's face it. It's not happening.

I am a big fan of throwing together simple ingredients that create a meal that doesn't taste as if it took no effort whatsoever. So for one of your busy nights this week, enjoy this recipe, which came from my mom. 

Creamy Chicken Bake

What you need:

1 box of Stove Top Stuffing

4 to 6 chicken breasts cut in half

1 - 16 ounce container sour cream

1 - can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar 

Spray the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray. Arrange chicken in the bottom of the pan.

Mix stove top, sour cream and soup together and spread on top of chicken.

Top with shredded cheddar and cook at 350 degrees for one hour. Enjoy!
