Root 174 Hosts Community Mountain Bike Event
A new Regent Square restaurant is organizing a bike event open to residents.

A “Trekking to Root 174” Mountain Bike Ride will be held Aug. 15 at 6 p.m.
This is a casual, no drop mountain bike ride through the single track trails of Frick Park for experienced mountain bikers. The pace will be casual, but expect to encounter logs, manmade bridges, rocks and other trail features.
The ride will begin at the Frick Park parking lot on South Braddock Avenue, next to and and will last approximately two hours before ending at in Regent Square for free snacks and hors d’oeuvres from the menu, along with free beer compliments of East End Brewing Company.

Riders who would like a demo bike should plan to arrive at 5:15 p.m. to have time to get everyone situated on their bike. Helmets are required. 21+ to drink. ID required.
