“We are looking forward to meeting the neighborhood, seeing some friends and showing off our new staff,” Fuller said.

While he doesn’t want to give away too much about the menu, Fuller gave a small preview of the inventive and modern twist on food that is about to hit South Braddock Avenue, at the former site of Legume.

“A lot of people want to know but I like to keep it a secret,” he said with a smile. “We will have confit-crusted chicken wings, and they are confit and pork fat at 200 degrees. They are flash fried in a coffee seasoning with sugar and spices, and the sugar carmelizes on top of the wing.”

That dish will come with a  green curry sauce and dehydrated bananas.

will have regular hours of 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. It will be closed Sundays and Mondays.
