South Braddock Avenue Pedestrian Safety Meeting Set

The meeting is Wednesday at the Environmental Charter School at Frick Park.

Regent Square Civic Association has organized a meeting to discuss pedestrian safety when crossing South Braddock Avenue on Wednesday, Jan. 23, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Environmental Charter School-Upper School Building, Milton Avenue and Henrietta Street.

The meeting is open to the public. Those attending will be able to discuss and share concerns and ideas for pedestrian safety along the South Braddock Avenue corridor following the accident that occurred on Nov. 10, 2012 at the corner of South Braddock and Henrietta.

Also invited to the meeting will be representatives and elected officials from the four municipalities in Regent Square—Edgewood, Pittsburgh, Swissvale and Wilkinsburg.
