Community Spirit Shines at Juniper Village at Mount Joy’s Annual Yard Sale

(September 29, 2025) Mount Joy, PA - Earlier this month, Juniper Village at Mount Joy and Arbor Rose Estates welcomed hundreds of visitors for their annual Community Wide Yard Sale, turning a sunny Saturday morning into a celebration of connection, generosity, and local flavor.

With more than 20 tables brimming with unique treasures, the event drew bargain hunters and community members alike. From vintage finds to handcrafted items, there was something for everyone - and all for a good cause.

In addition to the lively shopping atmosphere, the event made a meaningful impact. Residents and staff at Juniper Village raised over $300 for PLIKen, a faith-based nonprofit working to alleviate poverty in Kenya through educational sponsorships, mentorship, and empowerment programs.

Meanwhile, RAISE28, a Mount Joy-based nonprofit supporting youth through after-school programs, music lessons, martial arts, and academic support, also raised $300 thanks to the efforts of nine dedicated leaders.
