July Celebrations at Juniper Village: A Month of Fun, Food, and Community Spirit!

Juniper Village at Lebanon a leading personal care community, enjoyed a month of appreciation, fun events and sweet treats.

Juniper is immensely grateful for the dedication of over 50 volunteers who regularly bring joy to the community. To show their appreciation, residents created gift bags featuring graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate bars with the thoughtful tagline, “Juniper is S’more Fun with Volunteers Like You!” Volunteers were invited to a dinner with delicious lasagna, salad, and garlic bread. Dessert included cake and s’mores-making over the community’s gas firepits. Special recognition was given to Marsha Woleslagle and her husband Ron for their monthly craft projects and event assistance, and Fred Olsen, Juniper’s longest-serving volunteer with 15 years of service.

The competition heated up with Juniper’s community partner, Powerback Therapy. Residents enjoyed games such as ping pong toss, turkey baster showdown, and squirt gun cup knockdown, all while cooling down from the summer heat and sharing many laughs.
